PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

BRM-55 is a Heavy Duty Fibre Reinforced cold applied coating for waterproofing of pitched or flat roofs. The high performance elastorneric roof coating is blended with high quality bitumen, rubber, plasticizers fillers and solvents. It forms a tough yet flexible seamless mat, free from laps or seams. It is excellent for new as well as maintenance of built up roofs, where economical protection is required.

Flexibility : It eliminates alligatoring, has excellent resistance to thermal expansion and contraction and remains unaffected in wide temperature fluctuations.
Adhesion : It has excellent adhesion to almost all types of surfaces, concrete as well as metal, and can be applied on damp surfaces also.
Durable : It does not disintegrate, peel, spall under exposure to sun.
Breathable film Its formulation is such that it allows water vapour to escape but will not permit liquid water to enter the coating, thus, prnventing blistering.
Seamless : It has no joints or laps which are often the cause of failure with sheet and built up roofing systems.

APPLICATIONS:

It is ideal for both new and economical maintenance for waterproofing of flat, concrete roof, pitched roofs, AC sheets, GI sheets, roofs, Mangalore Tiled roofs and non-pressure exerting foundations. Besides sunken slabs of toilet, bathrooms, for applications over tar sheet and for under coating of automobile under bodies.
